Amar Chitra Katha is one of India’s largest selling comic book series with more than 100 million copies sold in 20 Indian languages. The brand realized that children of this generation read lesser number of books in the digital age as compared to the previous ones. In order to create brand recall, Amar Chitra Katha teamed up with Krayon to create an event and promote the habit of reading books among children.
This event followed an innovative, interesting and fun-filled unique quiz format to increase students’ knowledge about Indian Mythology, History, Great Indian epics, Folklores and Fables. This activity also helped in inculcating reading habits in students thus improving their knowledge on the topics discussed during the event.
